Michael specialises in strategic payment initiatives that are designed to help organisations improve their business operations and better serve their customers. Along with strong commercial, regulatory, technical and product expertise, Michael translates business strategy into target operating models, business cases and roadmaps.
With almost 30 years of payment experience across the spectrum of financial services and multiple geographies, Michael has a unique insight into the challenges and opportunities the payment industry faces in today`s ever changing digital world.
In addition to working for several top-tier banks across multiple geographies, Michael has supported challenger banks and Fintech companies from start-up to scale up and has held several senior leadership and executive roles within the Payment and Transaction banking sector.
Combining expertise in financial services and an extensive knowledge of payments, Michael strives for innovative change that delivers future-proof payment solutions and enhanced customer experiences for businesses across the globe.
